Corniche Capital consults investors primarily in the multifamily and hotel sectors with a focus on opportunistic/value add opportunities, however all property types will be considered. Geographically, our specialty is in the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, as well as emerging countries. Additionally, we look to provide our expertise on preferred equity and debt on properties with an upside story or acquire distressed debt on properties. Our minimum consulting deal size for consideration is $20 million.
