Founder + President
David Ebrahimzadeh is the Founder and President of Corniche Capital, a private equity and real estate investment firm focused on industrial assets, middle-market companies, and later-stage growth investments. Raised in a family deeply rooted in real estate, he developed an early, hands-on understanding of the industry that continues to shape his disciplined and opportunistic investment approach. He is widely recognized for his ability to reposition underperforming assets and scale businesses through operational rigor and strategic capital deployment. In addition to his core investment platform, David maintains an active venture capital portfolio, holding both direct and fund positions across defense technology, aerospace AI, and cybersecurity.
