David Ebrahimzadeh is the founder and President of Corniche Capital, a private equity and real estate investment firm specializing in multifamily and office properties, as well as middle-market and later-stage growth investments. With a family background in real estate, David developed an early passion for the industry, gaining hands-on experience from a young age. Today, he is recognized for his ability to transform underperforming assets and companies, and he actively supports the next generation of real estate professionals through scholarship initiatives.
